Fix a Slow Computer Windows 7

After a while of using our computer we notice that it is getting slower and slower, in this articl i am going to give some advices that i have been using myself to speed up my computer performance that
uses Window 7 :

1. have only 1 antivirus firewall (updated)
2. Avoid warez sites p.t.p, msn, etc ....
3. Have your Windows Updated 
4. Avoid Standby mode for your computer
5. clean the slow computer with traying to delete temporary files, the best software to do so is CCleaner
